Mojo Potato Shrimp Skins

Who doesn't love potato skins? Who doesn't love shrimp? I rated this recipe a 6.5 out of 10, though the recipe was super easy to execute I feel like it was still missing something. The mojo sauce really is what brought it up to a 6.5 though it was store purchased. I guess for me seafood and potatoes might not go together. Give it try and let me know what your thoughts are!
