I wanted something that was easy and tasty, and when it comes to easy this Roast Beef Caramelized Onion Panini is a go to. I was able to feed my self, my mother and brother for all under $40 and it was delightfully delicious. I would definitely make these again, but instead of using my cast-iron pan I think I would like to use my panini press instead. Make it a bit easier to cook all the way through with out burning the sourdough. I am going to give this another 8.5 out 10, I highly recommend giving it a try.
